Our ethos of equitable care

In our IVF laboratory, we work in a structured, process-driven way to ensure consistently high standards of care. Embryos are cultured in carefully controlled conditions, and all patients benefit from time-lapse monitoring using the EmbryoScope. Our approach is simple: if we believe a treatment genuinely benefits patients, it becomes part of our standard care for everyone. We do not offer optional add-ons, and every patient receives the same high level of care as part of our core service.

Holding the highest standards

We are committed to delivering high-quality care at every stage of the patient journey. Each month, we review our performance using key measures (KPIs) to ensure we meet or exceed IVF standards. These regular reviews help us monitor results and quickly make improvements where needed. We are always looking for ways to improve, so we can give our patients the best possible chance of success.

We are proud to have recently renewed our My Green Lab accreditation, showing our ongoing commitment to protecting the environment. We reduce our impact by saving energy and water, cutting waste, and making more sustainable choices every day. We also work with suppliers who share our values. As the only IVF laboratory in the world to have gain this accreditation, we are always looking for simple ways to improve and be more environmentally responsible.
