We started our journey with Thérapie in January 2024, after so many years of struggle and being let down by the NHS. We were terrified to reach out to a private clinic, but from the moment we met Amy at Dundalk clinic, we knew we made the right choice. It was the single most important and best choice we ever made. They treated us with so much consideration, compassion and support, and they genuinely care with every step in the journey. Even after our successful and our beautiful rainbow baby was born, they kept updated and wanted to hear how he was doing, how we are coping as new parents, and they just make us feel so safe and at ease. Another big factor in going with thérapie was their instagram. They post a lot of advise and information about their process (a lot of things you’d like to know to answer your questions) they continuously engage with all the parents they’ve helped, they do a lot of live q&as, they do fun themes such as making stories to add your baby pictures during Halloween, st paddies day, Christmas etc, I mean they’re all just unbelievable. You’ll never feel like a client but more meeting friends you’ve yet to meet! Yes, that was cheesy lol but yes I highly recommend you begin your journey and grow your family with thérapy!

I froze embryos with Therapie Fertility earlier this year due to a complex medical history that may lead me to have difficulty conceiving in the future. Many clinics don’t allow patients with higher BMIs have treatment as they tend to have lower success rates, but Dr Kennedy instead had an open and transparent conversation with me about how my BMI could affect treatment, but ultimately allowed me to make my own decision about the risk involved. I appreciate that they understand how fertility can be a time sensitive issue and BMI is a long term and difficult battle. I did in the end have 2 cancelled cycles (risk of this was fully disclosed in our consultation) but on our 3rd attempt we had more success than we could have ever hoped for. We collected 19 eggs, 18 were mature, 17 fertilised and we now have 11 high grade embryos in storage when the right time comes. We are so elated with our result, although it was an emotionally taxing process and we worried after the second cancelled cycle that we may have no luck, but it was all worth it in the end and I am so glad I trusted the judgement of the team. Every single staff member was so friendly and supportive from day 1, it is evident they are a close-knit team and they always have smiles on their faces. It really does take a village and I felt as though I had my own little village in Therapie. I was very nervous on egg collection day but Ciara M, Aoife T, Hannah T and Katie K were so supportive and calming. Thank you to Dr Megat for performing my egg collection (thankfully I don’t remember a thing). Thank you to the lab team - Mariana, Orla, Andreea, Carolina, Isa and Carol. Thank you to my scanning nurses - Lucie, Becky and Aoife T and the other nurses helping me through the portal Niamh O, Aisling S, Lauren M, Jenny O, Amy W, and Lauren F. I know I’m probably forgetting a few, there are so many hard workers to appreciate, also on the coordinator team - reception and on the phones and portal. I can’t wait to see what the future holds but for now I have my little embryos chilled in the lab 💜

We had our beautiful twins with help from Thérapie Fertility. The care and attentiveness they showed us along the way was next to none. They take the approach of evidence based only testing/medications etc which we soon realised was the best approach, for us at least, and involved the least stress, cost, pressure etc. They were the best value for this reason and also the general costs of treatment, which eases the stress of IVF somewhat too. It would be remiss of me to give anything other than 5 stars for this review since we had one cycle of reciprocal IVF (my eggs were removed, fertilized and one embryo was implanted into partner) which resulted in the birth of health identical twin babies. We had used another clinic before (and had a successful pregnancy) but weren’t entirely happy with the service received. We felt dr Kennedy was straight talking, realistic, and pragmatic as well as very down to earth. He gave us a very clear clinical plan & the rest was organized by the nurses and admin staff. If I was pushed to provide constructive feedback, I’d say that the pricing for the “complete reciprocal package” was a little ambiguous as there were a few of times we were surprised with being asked to pay €100 here and there without explanation (when challenged this, the additional cost was revoked which was appreciated). In summary, we found the whole experience very professional, friendly and efficient, and was the best investment we’ve ever made 🩷

I traveled to Ireland from the United States after 4.5 of infertility and expensive IUI treatments. We wanted to pursue IVF but didn’t want to pay the $35,000 dollars it would have costed here in our state. Round trip airfare (twice as we had to go back later for a frozen transfer), lodging with a friend and all the medications cost us about $12,500. So less than half of what it would be here in the U.S. Other than the timezones, it was fairly easy to manage getting monitoring in my state from a private practice OBGYN and sending those records to the doctors at Therapie. We ended up with two embryos (out of my 10 mature eggs/7 fertilized) and had a successful transfer with our first embryo. He is now a brilliant 6 month old that is already saying 3 words and nearly walking. We joke that we got a GMO baby when people think he’s older than he is (we are just a very tall family). Grateful to the team at Therapie for making our dreams come true. We love being parents, he fills our world with so much joy. With love, Max and Meagan (and Row)

A lot of reviews for clinics are focused on outcomes over service and of course thats super important but it's easy to give 5 stars when you get that desired outcome. Unfortunately not everything's in our control. We have not been successful to date, so I feel it's important (after being to a competitor prior) to say I think very highly of the team and process here and would recommend them to anyone. You want to be in the right place and feel you know what's going on when they're not going your way. Especially when everyone and their dog has an opinion on what you should be doing. I feel you have that confidence and human touch here. Thanks folks.

We met Lauren the senior fertility midwife in Limerick around this time last year, after 2 nearly 3 long years with another clinic, doing tests and then stops and starts and never having anything further we said we would go for the consultation. Well, what can we say only we absolutely loved Lauren. She was so kind and welcoming and wasn't pushy, she explained so much in 30 minutes to what our old clinic couldn't in nearly 3 years. Fast forward to this day, I'm currently nearly 18 weeks pregnant with our little baby boy. We cannot thank Thérapie Fertility enough, from our first appointment with lauren to my Egg collection with Doctor Megat to then our transfer with the same doctor and back to Lauren. It was so nice to always have the same people who knew us and never treated us like a money income. This review is a bit late, but that’s because we’ve been busy with our little one! We used Thérapie Fertility Carrickmines after having trouble getting pregnant. The free consultation was very helpful as they go over all options and cost, explaining what would be the best option for success depending on your situation. We met with Dr. Kamaruzaman once we decided to proceed and he went through our medical history in depth, explained the process and answered our questions honestly (which I wanted and appreciated). We did two rounds of IVF/ICSI, the first didn’t take and then met with Dr. Kamaruzaman to do a brief and discuss what would be next best steps. We decided to do another and it took. I had a blood test confirmation and then a trans-vaginal ultrasound at 7 or 8 weeks to confirm everything was looking good. After that, I transferred my care to the Rotunda and I had a healthy baby boy. This is an emotional, intense, and sometimes brutal process but everyone was wonderfully supportive. Almost all communication is via the portal, which is great because you can keep track of your appointments, messages, med schedule, etc. If our son is to ever have a sibling, we will be back! Thank you Therapie, you helped us grow our family and we are forever grateful ❤️❤️

We first visited Therapie Fertility in Carrickmines in December 2023, for initial tests, from England. We had further visits in January, then our egg collection in February 2024, and first FET in March 2024. In December 2024 we were so blessed to have our baby girl arrive safely. This followed a 9 year struggle to conceive 'naturally', and within 1 year we are holding our baby in our arms. We are so lucky that it was successful on our first round and first transfer, but this must also be testament to the good work done at Therapie. All the staff at Therapie are wonderful, Dr John is the most compassionate but realistic and honest professional you could wish for. The nurses are angels and really looked after you when needed. We will be back for a sibling round when the time comes. Highly recommended. Thank you 🙏🏻

I can whole heartedly say Thérapie Fertility Clinic took such a mental burden off my shoulders I will recommend them to anyone going through any fertility concerns. The past few years I have had a lot of ongoing health concerns & on top of them 3 years ago I was diagnosed with very severe endometriosis ,as a result of this I was told my fertility could be affected in the future, as a 21 year old I felt left in the dark unsure where to go or what to do with this information & it really affected my mental health not sure what the future had in store for me or what it didn’t have in store for me. The question of will I ever become a mother consumed me . I came across Thérapie Fertility randomly on instagram and decided to book a consultation, although I am not actively trying to conceive I wanted further information. I had my Consultation with Amy In Dundalk and as soon as I walked into the room I felt welcomed, understood and most of all heard. She reassured me of my feelings and talked me through the process she recommended for my case & was very transparent with prices and not pushy in regards to rushing into anything. I can’t recommend the clinic enough I left feeling so educated on my condition and concerns & I now know so more about where I stand in regards to my concerns. Although this is a very long review I feel it’s important to share this as I wish I knew these type of services were available when I felt so unsure. We—my wife and I—began our IVF journey in 2021 in a different clinic with no success for almost 2 years; none of our 4 cycles resulted in pregnancy. We were devastated, and after processing our thoughts and feelings, we concluded that we & that clinic just weren't the right match. Something was missing. We have done our research and decided to give Therapie a go. It was a whole new experience from the get-go. We both rely upon evidence-based data & approaches, and Therapie had very good numbers in terms of their success rate. What I really liked about this aspect was complete honesty and transparency from our 1st appointment. We were given all the information in a professional and yet very human and gentle manner. This way, we were able to make informed decisions about the course of actions. We have decided to go ahead with double reciprocal IVF; we both did a round of egg collection with a very good final result. This was followed by 5 FETs. All the cycles resulted in pregnancy, but unfortunately we have experienced number of miscarriages, which can happen to anyone, regardless of the conception origin. What's important to emphasize is the amount of support we received throughout this bumpy journey of ours. Everyone in Therapie was more than supportive at all times. All our questions were addressed promptly, and all the planning was done in collaboration with us. And this is just the "technical" side of the journey. What stands out the most for us is the kindness and compassion throughout the whole process. It made us feel seen, heard, and cared for ; in a way no money can buy. Our story finally got its happy ending in December 2024 when we were blessed with a beautiful little daughter, ♡ who arrived after nearly 4 years of trying, 9 cycles, a number of losses, hundreds of injections, and countless tears… At times when it was hard, the idea of giving up crossed my mind; however, with all the support from everyone in Therapie we kept going; I dont think that would be possible anywhere else; this clinic is very unique ;) it's like a family since they helped in creating our little bundle of joy…We are both forever grateful. 🙏 We cannot recommend Therapie enough; it really is a no-brainer.. If we decide to give our baby a sibling, we will be going back too.. ♡♡

In 2022 we found therapie fertility, we were unsure about IVF but after the first consultation our minds were put to ease from the staff at the front desk to the nurse they were so friendly and welcoming. We got straight into testing and set out our treatment plan. In a short few months we had our egg retrieval in September and welcomed our baby girl may 2023, We then went back for a frozen embryo transfer in march 2024 and welcomed our son in December. We couldn't recommend this clinic anymore from the doctors right the way through they are truly amazing. You are not just a number with this clinic they take the time to listen to you. We attended TFC in Aug 2024 after being to another clinic who were awful at communication but from the moment we stepped in the doors at Therapie we felt it was the right place for our fertility journey. We had unexplained infertility after extensive tests on both myself and my husband, to which Dr John & the team were more than helpful & kind to guide us through the journey from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly responsive to our questions and messages, no question too silly to ask and made us feel very comfortable with our decision to go straight to IVF. John had recommended to skip IUI and go for IVF which made total sense for us. We started the treatment in September and had my egg collection in October along with a fresh transfer a week later. Everything went very smoothly and here we are 16 weeks pregnant later with a baby on the way due in July 25 after our first cycle was a success. The aftercare from the transfer to confirmation of pregnancy was very well handled and with kindness and care. I 100000% recommend TFC to anyone who is struggling to get pregnant or who even wants to look into their fertility options with no pressure at all as to your next steps, we never felt pressure and the overall process I would do in a heartbeat if needed in future. We now have a second embryo chilling on ice which is great to have if we ever need it. All the treatment plan , medications etc was explained very clearly through their portal with videos be instructions. I hope this review helps another couple or person trying to have a family make the decision to go with therapie as we have nothing but amazing things to say about them. They are now recognised under VHI which is amazing and will help more people on their journey. Unfortunately we experienced a missed miscarriage and a chemical miscarriage, (before our third transfer which gave us our beautiful boy) and the support Therapie provided was so unexpected, checking in on us weekly until we were ok and having our wellbeing at the heart of their process at all times… this meant so much and at the time it’s definitely something we took for granted, so an extra thank you to the team at Therapie for being there for us at our lowest and supporting us all the way to now! One other point is there is no catch with pricing, the prices are set and there’s no hidden costs. Affordable fertility treatment was the one thing I was skeptical about but once you paid for the treatment there was never any hidden costs within our treatment plans. For anyone looking at fertility treatment, research the clinics and choose the one that feels right for you. BUT I couldn’t fault Therapie in any way during our process, so I would 100000% recommend! We had tests and procedures done in Carrickmines and every single staff member we have dealt with along the way have been so kind and friendly. My Hycosy was done by Dr Megat and again he put me at ease the moment I met him. He did our transfer too and again made it as easy as possible. We live in the UK and had been in touch with some local clinics but they weren’t helpful - they didn’t get back to us when we had questions and everything seemed to be money money money. We were recommended Therapie Fertility by a friend but I didn’t think it would be feasible to use a clinic in Dublin, taking time off work etc but as soon as we had the initial consultation with Jenny I said to my partner I will make it work! Jenny was so helpful and informative and made us feel very relaxed. Every other member of staff we met along the way were just as lovely too. My partner and I did reciprocal IVF and every time we attended the clinic we felt like their only patients. They knew us by name and genuinely wanted the treatment to be successful for us. We were lucky enough to get 6 embryos from the process. The first transfer failed but the second one worked. We currently have 4 frozen embryos and can’t wait to make a sibling for our daughter 🩷

Having access to the satellite clinic in Limerick made the process so accessible. Where do I start. I can’t begin to express the overwhelming emotions writing this. From the very first appointment with Dr John he couldn’t have been more straight talking and honest, giving us hope of success where others had not been so optimistic with our odds of success although we had two children previously, one through ivf. A straight forward no add on approach was what I needed to hear from John as this was going to be our last attempt. Considering I had tried many many add on treatments as well as travelling abroad for treatment I think I was relieved to have a straight forward plan. We started our cycle last summer and in the midst of treatment just before egg collection my nanny passed away. For many years we were told that we are both perfectly fine and just keep trying, I was so fed up hearing this again and again. But this time was so different, thank goodness! We had booked our free nurse consultation in October 2022 and by December we had a clear plan in place. So after having a nurse consultation we were advised on doing some blood work and other tests. When all that was done we had a consultation with Dr John Kennedy. He was so down to earth, very simply explained everything, there was no tension or feeling like you can’t ask something. He was so nice and honest about all the possible options and also helped us to make a decision what option to choose. For the first time we were told that we have extremely low chance of getting a pregnant naturally! I was so relieved that finally after so many years we were getting somewhere! And sure we have started our ICSI journey beginning of 2023. All of the medication, scans, egg collection, etc. Through the whole process the support of all the staff was unbelievable! Every question was answered, every worry was noticed, everything seemed so normal to Therapy fertility staff. I have to say their Online Portal is fantastic! The medication calendar helps to keep track of what you need to take and when, as well as reminding you about scheduled appointments. Myself and my husband can not recommend Therpie fertility highly enough! We thank Dr John, Dr Megat and all of the nurses at Therpie you have all changed our lives, we were unable to get IVF via NHS due to myself having a high BMI despite my efforts to bring this down I wasn’t able to reduce it by enough, knowing I had limited time due to a low ovarian reserve we made the decision to book in with yourselves and fly over from Liverpool and this was the best decision we ever made as this gave us the opportunity to become parents. The support given by you all is incredible being so far from the clinic I was initially nervous however we always had responses and answers to any questions we had quickly, the experience of IVF wasn’t as clinical as I thought it would be and I was made to feel comfortable throughout, this is down to the incredible team looking after the patient’s ensuring each person is well looked after and giving a personal touch. This started from our initial consultation right through to our 7 week scan performed by Dr John! Thank you for not judging and supporting everyone to be able to have a family of their own despite challenges they have. We have our healthy perfect 8 week old little girl because of you all. We hope to see you again in the future to start the process for a sibling!

Having had a failed cycle at a different clinic and in talks to start the next, my partner was keen to check out other clinics which is how we came to therapie. The staff were exceptional, there was no pressure to become a customer and Dr. John Kennedy was excellent. He didn't butter up our chances, was very frank that we had maybe a 20% chance but the experience was night and day to our last clinic. IVF may not work for everyone but the staff at therapie treated us with compassion and warmth and not just a financial resources to drain so when we did the transfer my partner and I both agreed that either way this clinic was a far better experience. I write this with my 16 week old girl sitting on my lap and I am grateful to all the staff at therapie for making it a possibility.

Went for an egg freezing cycle with Thérapie Fertility. All staff were fantastic with excellent patient care. Dr. Kennedy is a wonderful professional with a warm and friendly attitude that helps put you at ease. All options are explained to you so everything g is transparent and reality of options/outcomes are explained in the most sensitive manner possible which, for those who may be more sensitive would appreciate that level of comfort and professionalism. If I choose to use eggs in future I have no doubt I have picked the right clinic. Finally if you are thinking about preserving your fertility please don’t hesitate to contact as I am speaking from experience here, a lot can change from your 20s to 30s with regards to the functioning of your ovaries! I can't thank Thérapie Fertility enough for their care, honesty and compassion. My first consultation was with Nurse Lucie and then with Dr. John Kennedy. I felt at ease from the moment I met them. John was honest and open and so knowledgeable. I had so many Q's as IVF/ICSI was alien to me. We decided then and there to proceed and our ICSI journey began. From initial tests, to scans the care the staff give is amazing they're all so friendly and really helpful. Always at the end of a text on the patient portal if you had any questions. Fast forward to transfer day, I was so nervous but Dr. John Kennedy and Carol were brilliant. Talked me through every step and the procedure so was quick and pain free. A few weeks later I got a call from John with the most amazing news and today I'm 22 weeks pregnant. Can't wait for August for our new arrival and to introduce him/her to all the team. You guys are amazing at what you do and I'm so thankful for everything you did for me.

How do you go about reviewing a clinic that changed the course of your life so profoundly? It's hard to condense our experience with Therapie. We had an initial consultation with another well known clinic, we absolutely didn't "vibe" with the clinic. Then we got in touch with Therapie. You're not treated at arms length with Therapie, you're all on the same team. The world of infertility is already hard enough, the staff in TF are so kind, it's a very humbling experience to go through this process and they are with you every step of the way. We met Dr Kennedy once for our consultation, then again for retrieval and embryo transfer and met Dr Mengat once for a hycosy, they're wonderful but it's all the nurses and assistants you meet on every visit that you see face to face and words can't describe how amazing they all are. Results are as follows: age 34, amh 11.6 pmol, retrieved 7 mature eggs, 5 fertilised, 2 made it to frozen on day 6. The first transfer is sitting beside me here at 6 months. Thank you is not enough.

I had my egg freezing in November. The two ultrasounds I had were quite uncomfortable but my nurse lucie was unbelievably patient with me and gave me plenty of time and space to relax. Lucie looked like she was willing to try another 50 times if needed, and she never once came across as frustrated with me. I was very nervous on the day of retrieval , once I let the nurses know, they were extra good to me. Thank you to Lucie and all the team. Dr John and his nurses were great on the day, cannula was inserted in seconds and I was out. The highlight of the day was in recovery after the egg collection I woke up to 3 or 4 lotus biscuits, followed by dr John coming out to deliver the good results. Thank you, see you in the future !

Visited therapie November 2022 for free nurses consultation. Every question was answered and potential costs outlined. We had all fertility tests scheduled by end of 2022 with the hope to start IVF in early 2023. We started a round ICSI end of Jan 2023 with a positive pregnancy test early March, first round. I gave birth to a baby boy 2weeks ago. Only area I feel could have been better was on day of embryo transfer more information was explained about embryo performance prior to transfer. I found out the fate of my 3 embryos whilst I was in chair being prepped for the procedure by lab personnel and doctor confirming my details with each other across me. I think it would have been better to have the details of how embryos progressed over the 5days actually explained to us. I found every encounter with the fertility team super, every staff member we met was very kind. Every query using patient portal was responded to promptly. I was in a car accident the week after my positive pregnancy test and it was still to early for ultra sound but the team brought me in straight away to check my bloods which gave me great peace of mind. I would not hesitate to recommend therapie fertility to anyone needing assistance in their fertility journey. We will be forever grateful to the team of our son and a forever friend for my first born.

Best decision of our life to go to the Thérapie Fertility Clinic! We live in Co Mayo, so we had to drive 2,5 hours for every appointment, but it worth it. Previously we went for consultation to an other fertility clinic, closer to us, but it just didn't give us good feelings. However the staff in Thérapie Fertility Clinic always accommodate us with the appointments and we always felt welcomed and cared for! Every staff member is very professional and friendly. The empathy, respect, understanding and simple human-ness from staff members was just so lovely and a refreshing change. We went from feeling so low following a failed IVF cycle and quite a bad experience elsewhere, to having renewed hope and energy. Throughout the process, that feeling of being supported never changed and I particularly loved how easy it was to contact the nursing team, no matter how small the question. It can be such a daunting and scary time and having that easily accessible line of communication was vital. Despite ending up with just one little embryo, we fell pregnant with our now 4 month old son are now just so happy with our little family. Having been told we had secondary infertility, we never thought our little boy would have a sibling but here we are now, a family of four. We sometimes still can't believe it! I was originally with another clinic about to pay and start a cycle but I heard online that Dr Kennedy was back and had a new Clinic so I jumped ship to Therapie and I am so glad I did! After 20 years of infertility I am 7 weeks pregnant with my miracle baby, still early days but pregnant none the less! We are both over the moon and still in shock! Everything worked perfectly from the initial protocol to transfer to my hcg blood test! All the staff are amazing and I have never felt safer in a clinical setting than I have been with therapie! We have been a patient of therapie clinic since February, we started our IVF process and I had my first ever egg collection yesterday, going into this with the fear of the unknown ,I just want to say how absolutely brilliant everyone was in terms of care. I was really nervous and I found the level of compassion and empathy from Dr. Kennedy and his team just so reassuring. In particular, the nurse who was there for the actual procedure held my hand the whole way through and made me feel at ease. Nurse Trudy was the first person we met at our initial consultation and then assisted yesterday and I am so thankful that she was there because she really did make such a difference, and although I don’t remember an awful lot I do remember her encouragement and calming effect throughout the procedure. Overall our experience dealing with the clinic has been excellent, and I would have no problem recommending the care of dr.Kennedy and his team.

After 8 years of TTC with no luck and unexplained secondary infertility we were reccomended to contact Therapie fertility. I bit the bullet and enquired about the nurse consultation. Within a day or so I received a phone call to book the consultation at a date that suited us. From that first meeting we felt like we had made the right choice. The team of nurses are very knowledgeable and understanding of any fears we had and no question was a silly question. After meeting Dr. Kennedy we started treatment for an ICSI cycle and were so blessed to end up with 6 embryos to use. Unfortunately our first transfer failed and the whole team at Therapie were so supportive. Again John listened to my fears and concerns and made me feel like a person not just a number or customer. The patient portal is a great way to keep in contact and the nurses are very prompt in answering any queries. We weren't rushed into anything and after taking some time after the failed attempt we went again and transferred our 2nd embryo. Therapie were ready as soon as we were and we are so delighted to be welcoming our baby girl in 6 weeks time all thanks to Therapie. I'm so glad I didn't hesitate in making that first query and having a clinic who offer affordable treatment made the process less stressful.

I chose Therapie Fertility when going for my second round of IVF. The clinic and everyone working at the clinic were extremely friendly and welcoming. The clinic environment is a huge part of the IVF experience for me and after my first consultation i knew i made the right choice with Therapie. My STIMs protocol and recommedation for a frozen transfer was all discussed with reasoning explained on this option prior to starting treatment which gave me some peace of mind knowning what was ahead and the timeline i was looking at. I dealt with both consultants at different times, i genuinely felt both cared about what i was going through ,they understood and empathised to the whole situation. i felt they wanted it to work for us just as much as we did which makes the rollercoaster of IVF alot easier. Currently 19 weeks pregnant with 8 embabies on ice.

First I was very hesitant cause I have been victim of abuse long ago. How do you even begin to come up with the right words to thank someone for making your biggest, most wanted dream come true? There are no words that would be able to describe our utmost gratitude and happiness at this moment. We are currently 19 weeks pregnant with our first child. The whole Therapie Fertility Family had made us feel so welcome from start to finish, no mess, no fuss, using the very efficient and effective Patient Portal was a life saver. We went into this process pretty naive about the steps/stages and processes, the portal managed to cut out all the uncertainty and doubt, making us take one step at a time and that’s exactly what we did. A big shout out to my Therapie nurse, nurse Lucie who was with me from testing stages right up until our early pregnancy scan. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable during a not so comfortable time and always told me what was going on, good or bad and always kept me grounded but still kept me hopeful! A delicate balance which she managed to get spot on! Another big thank you to Dr Megat, a wonderful Dr who will always have a place in our hearts! I found Therapie Fertility as I had been following Dr John Kennedy for a while and was delighted to find out that he would be heading up a new clinic. Myself and my husband had been with an alternative clinic previously after failing to conceive post miscarriage for 2 years, but it felt very sales oriented and that there was a lack of empathy or no emotional connection, as well as some key information that was never shared with us. Once we met with Dr Kennedy, we never looked back. His ability to connect with us on a personal, human level and the information and guidance provided were second to none, there was also no pressure to go with a specific treatment but we had an idea in our own heads of what direction we wanted to go. Dr Kennedy is amazing and very client focused, I felt like he really cared about preserving my fertility but also me as a person and my wants. The staff in the lab (Bo, Ruth, Jess, Meabh, Melissa) are brilliant and couldn't do enough for me (at every stage- portal messages, blood results, ultrasounds and egg retrivel). Due to endometriosis I thought I would be a challenging case but the lab was dedicated to get me the best possible result. They kept me calm during the procedure and I know my Eggs are in the safest hands, fantastic team all around. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
